Returns

Please note that all orders returned to Boards To Your Door must be in an unused condition, with all labels/tags and packaging in an undamaged, resaleable condition.

 

Making A Return Or Refund

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it can be exchanged or refunded to the cost of the item(s) and refunds will be paid back to the original transaction card.

All purchases made online with www.boardstoyourdoor.com are covered by our 30 day guarantee. So, if you need to exchange or receive a refund on the item(s) within the timeframe, please follow the process below.

When requesting a return please include the following information – Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return along with any size and quantity information and if you would like an exchange or a refund.

All return IDs will only be issued via email and not over the phone to help prevent fraud. However, if you do wish to contact the team, please feel free to email us at sales@boardstoyourdoor.com and we will be happy to help.

Please email sales@boardstoyourdoor.com with Return and your ‘Order ID’ as your subject heading.

We will then send you the returns address for your order and your return ID. The return ID must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging that you send back to the Boards To Your Door team for it to be processed correctly.

Returns will not be accepted without this number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging. Your order can be returned to the address provided within 30 days of the date of your order confirmation. Returns older than 30 days will not be accepted, unless agreed in advance with the Boards To Your Door team.

The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us, so we advise that you use a secure delivery method that requires a proof of delivery signature.

Products must be returned to Nebula Paint Products in their original condition. This includes any accompanying tags and packaging. If the returned goods are not received in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the returns and no exchange or refund will be issued.

Please ensure all returned items are packaged adequately as Boards To Your Door will not be responsible for any damage caused during transit.

We will refund you for the cost of the item(s), or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. Under normal circumstances the original postage cost and any return delivery cost is non refundable.
